Flying Lotus has surprise-released a new EP, ‘Spirit Box’

Flying Lotus has released a surprise new EP titled ‘Spirit Box’ via Warp Records.

The eight-track EP features collaborations with Dawn Richard on ‘Let Me Cook’ and Sid Sriram on ‘The Lost Girls’, alongside three original tracks ‘Ajhussi’, ‘Garmonbozia’, and ‘Ingo Swann’.

“It is happening again,” Flying Lotus says of his latest creative endeavours.

His recent work includes composing music and executive producing the Netflix anime series Yasuke, as well as creating the theme for Apple’s Magic Johnson documentary ‘They Call Me Magic’. The new effort marks his first non-soundtrack release since 2019’s ‘Flamagra’.
