Hinds have shared their new bonus track ‘Bats’, inspired by Mad Mikkelsen’s dancing

Hinds have shared a new bonus track titled ‘Bats’ ahead of their upcoming US tour.

The bilingual Spanish and English song is taken from their recent album ‘VIVA HINDS’, released via Lucky Number.

Hinds say of ‘Bats’: “We wrote ‘BATS’ the week after watching ANOTHER ROUND (DRUK) in the movies. we couldn’t stop thinking about it, especially the last scene where Mad Mikkelsen starts dancing frenetically until he jumps fully dressed to the water. ‘BATS’ is accepting everything is blurry and confusing. in spanish and in english. it’s a dance with your darkest thoughts. a dance with your ugliest demons.”

The band are set to embark on a world tour in support of ‘VIVA HINDS’, beginning in the U.S. next week. They will return to the UK in early 2025 for a full headline tour, commencing in Brighton on 17th February.
