Confidence Man have announced a new double single ‘CONTROL’ / ‘REAL MOVE TOUCH’.
The tracks arrive ahead of their forthcoming album ‘3AM (LA LA LA)’. The Australian band – and recent Dork cover stars – are set to release their third studio album on 18th October via CHAOS/Polydor/I OH YOU.
‘CONTROL’ is described as a “bouncy to the point slice of aerobic acid-house”, while ‘REAL MOVE TOUCH’ features vocals from reggae MC and Gorillaz collaborator, Sweetie Irie.
Janet Planet recounts Irie’s studio visit, saying, “I remember him coming into our tiny little studio and then he’s like, ‘do you mind if I blaze up in here?’ And we said, ‘Hell yeah!’ And he was like, ‘Great, I was just checking you guys were real rock stars’”.
