Lambrini Girls have unveiled their new single ‘Company Culture’

Lambrini Girls have shared their new single ‘Company Culture’ and announced a major EU/UK tour for 2025.

The Brighton-based duo – Phoebe Lunny (vocals/guitar) and Lilly Macieira (bass) – are following up their recent singles ‘God’s Country’ and ‘Body Of Mine’.

Speaking on the track, the band explain: “Tired of working twice as hard while white, middle-aged men get credit for your ideas? Afraid to report harassment? Constantly second-guessing to avoid conflict? If you’ve answered yes: you’re probably a woman or a queer person.”

They continue: “If these challenges hold you back, it’s entirely your fault. And if you succeed, you’ll feel like a fraud. No matter how hard you work, you won’t be taken seriously. Your boss wants to shag you, HR thinks you’re hysterical—so maybe just shut the fuck up and smile. Many girls would kill for your position, stop complaining or it’s back to the kitchen. Welcome to the boys’ club.”

Lambrini Girls’ 2025 EU/UK tour will kick off on 25th February in Lille, France, and conclude on 17th April at Electric Brixton in London. Tickets go on sale on Friday 20th September at 10am.

Before the tour, the band will support IDLES at Alexandra Palace in London on 29th and 30th November.
