The Linda Lindas have shared new “ripper” ‘No Obligation’, the title-track from their second album

The Linda Lindas have shared ‘No Obligation’.

It’s the title-track from their forthcoming second album, due out 11th October via Epitaph, which also features previously released tracks ‘Too Many Things’, ‘Revolution / Resolution’, and ‘All In My Head’.

Speaking about the new song, the band explain: “Eloise wrote this ripper because we won’t adhere to what anyone else thinks we should sound like or who they think we are. We don’t make music out of obligation — we make music out of love. And we’re so grateful for all of the opportunities music has given us, like going to Japan and making this video with a team including Naoko from Shonen Knife! Enjoy.”

The band’s debut album, ‘Growing Up’, was released in 2022 via Epitaph Records.

The Linda Lindas are currently on tour in the U.S. with Green Day, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Rancid, celebrating the anniversaries of Green Day’s albums ‘Dookie’ and ‘American Idiot’.
