Good Neighbours have dropped their new single ‘Bloom’.
The track arrives alongside details of their self-titled debut EP, set for release on 4th October via Polydor Records.
The EP will be available digitally, on vinyl and CD, with the physical formats including bonus tracks of the band’s covers of Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Espresso’, Taylor Swift’s ‘Wildest Dreams’, and a mashup of MGMT’s ‘Time To Pretend’ and Lorde’s ‘Perfect Places’.
Speaking about ‘the new track’Bloom’, the band explain: “We wrote ‘Bloom’ on a sunny day in January before ‘Home’ went viral on the internet. It was the first sun of the year and that’s how the song sounds. It’s about letting go of your inhibitions with someone and taking it all as it comes, knowing you’ll be there no matter what.”
The East London-based duo, comprising Scott Verrill and Oli Fox, have upcoming appearances at Reading & Leeds, as well as a world tour following the EP release.
The EP tracklisting is as follows:
1. Keep It Up
